Hi everybody, Well after see the offer from "eleven2" I sign up with em for a reseller package. So I upload my template via FTP, to the public_html dir and the files are fine, the problem is the jQuery is not working on the public main dir, but when I upload the same files, with the same code and everything to a subfolder this work like magic. Well if you don't know what the hell i'm saying please look at: http://www.sugoihost.com/ - jquery dont work http://www.sugoihost.com/test - jquery working www.pcayudas.com/host - another web server and works So im asking if you guys can tell me if the website (main public dir) is loading fine with jquery for you, if dont (you see the examples isnt my fault then) is the server settings? ***I don't know if this thread is ok in this forum but im asking for setting in a reseller account***

I can see that your site is totally screwed up for now.

Must be bad configuration in your code.

Sir, but if is a bad configuration of my code, why is working in the test folder and not in the main dir?, everything is the same thing. (files, code, everything)

Do you have a .htaccess file in the root of your site? If you do try renaming it to something like .htaccess1 and see if that makes a difference. Do the same if you have a php.ini and see if there is any change.

I did, nothing happend. but im not using PHP or something to work with htaccess, is just HTML and JavaScript (Jquery) the problem is the server dont recognize my jquery or javascript in the main dir (public_html) but he did in a subdir (public_html/---)

I understand that, but sometimes .htaccess files can have weird effects on files depending on what is in the file. It never hurts to rule that out. All I can suggest is to keep working with your provider to track down the issue, while making sure you uploaded all files correctly and that they have the correct permissions.
