I want to sign up with mochahost reseller!
I want to know how is their support,services,servers,...
and is there a better hosting with low costs like mochahost?

| I think there are some threads here about them. Do your research. From your wording I guess price is your major concern but what do you actually mean by good, or in this case, better, hosting? Which specific requirements do you have?

| Service and support s Nil. MochaHost is just like a Tortoise. Taking 2-3 days to reply for tickets.

| Hi,
Please please please don't go for Mochahost. Their service and support is pathetic. I am suffering from last three months. Everyday my website and mail server gets down and then automatically gets up. They don't have any explanation for this.
Whenever you will face any problem the only solution that they provide is to "Please upgrade your plan". They are money minded people and they don't even bother for their customer.
Online chat support is also very bad. They are like puppet and reply with prerecorded messages.
And one more thing if you will host your website their and when you will try to cancel your plan then only they will let you know that you can't transfer your domain before 2 months.
Moral of the story "Mochahost is the worst hosting provider"

| You have bumped a year old thread. Its better to create a new thread instead of bumping.
However, Its not a first bad review about them. You can find a lot bad reviews even we can I am assure that I have not seen any positive review so far on WHT. Go for another host right now.
